1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the TrailRun mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TrailRun provides a platform for trail runners to:

  • Follow personalized training programs;
  • Track progression statistics;
  • View and save trail running routes;
  • Access advice and tips related to trail running.

3. Registration and Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Pro Subscription

Subscriptions

This subscription is optional and not required to use the basic features of the App.

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Available subscription plans:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Quarterly subscription
  • Yearly subscription

Each subscription includes a 7-day free trial for new users.

Free Trial

The free trial period lasts 7 days.

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription.

Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited once the subscription is purchased.

Payments & Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Pricing

Subscription prices and durations are clearly displayed within the app and may vary depending on your country or region.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

We do not process refunds directly.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Trail running involves physical exertion and is subject to the risks inherent in exercise and running in natural environments. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

TrailRun is not a medical organization and its staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in this App should be construed as such advice or diagnosis.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrailRun and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both France and foreign countries.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders the App less efficient.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrailRun, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
